Client engagement director (part-time)

Are you the one? Seeking a curious, hard-working, entrepreneurial-minded person who likes talking to people. Our virtual business development firm is growing, and we need to expand our team.


We ask you to create opportunities so our clients can sell their services. In return, we’ll give you money, a super-flexible part-time schedule, and a great team. It's time! 


You will:

  • learn and understand our clients’ value propositions

  • research leads for contact information and update/maintain client’s CRM

  • create, launch and manage email campaigns (with client and team support)

  • call WARM leads with the goal of scheduling meetings for our clients

  • follow-up with leads until the natural conclusion is reached

  • manage client relationships and expectations through effective communication

    • lead status calls with our clients

    • prepare and send weekly progress reports and plans for the week

  • work with our clients’ existing sales team (where applicable)

  • participate in a weekly team call to discuss client issues, feedback, etc.

  • help identify new prospects/clients for Vast Results

You must have:

  • some sales experience (Sold Norwex? We love it, too! Let’s talk!)

  • a computer, webcam and reliable internet access

  • the ability to work primarily within normal business hours

  • an organized, motivated, self-starting work style

  • a sense of humor
